United Gaming Limited (UGL) is the authorised licensed IGT dealer for Auckland, Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, King Country, Taranaki, and Wellington, proudly operating as part of the IGT Dealer Network.

In addition to the reactive breakdown services we provide, Servicenet has always prided itself on the high level of preventative maintenance that is completed every month. This extensive maintenance program reduces the number of reactive breakdowns which increases machine uptime. Also by ensuring that all components of the machine are cleaned and calibrated to the highest level, it will offer the end user of the machine a more enjoyable gaming experience.

Technology & Support

To enable us to provide the highest level of customer service and support, Servicenet operates several systems to ensure this is maintained.

All jobs are logged by our customers through our Free phone 0508 737 842. At this point they are entered into our extensive database and electronically dispatched to the technicians in the field via both txt message and an electronic copy of the job request that is downloaded onto their laptop and/or mobile device. At the completion of the job the technician completes all the required fields and electronically sends the completed document back to our call centre.

This enables us to provide accurate reports detailing the time calls where logged, remedied and closed.

In conjunction with the electronic dispatching of jobs, we also operate GPS monitoring of all service vehicles to ensure that we can prioritise the dispatch of technicians to ensure all jobs are remedied as quickly as possible.
